There are 2 parking spaces available at the lodge, and parking is free.
The most common route is train to Tokyo → Shinkansen to Nagano → bus to Hakuba, then a short local transfer to the lodge. Travel time is typically 3–5 hours, depending on connections and whether you start from Narita, Haneda, or central Tokyo.
In winter season, direct shuttle transfers from the airports to Hakuba may also be available—advance booking is recommended.
In Japan you can easily ship luggage and large items (including ski/snowboard bags) using Yamato Transport (Black Cat Takkyūbin). You can send your bags from Narita or Haneda directly to Hakuba, often straight to the lodge, and have them ready when you arrive.
We recommend shipping at least 2 days in advance, as delivery typically takes around 2 days. The same service can also ship your luggage back to the airport, or onward to your next accommodation.

Larger waste and recycling containers are located directly in front of the house. Please follow the on-site instructions for plastics, paper, glass, and general waste.
